Data on the ten largest online newspapers each year are based on Kantar Norway's comprehensive media survey Consumer & Media. The survey monitors media use in the Norwegian population every year. Interviews are carried out throughout the whole year among a sample of approximately 45 000 individuals, age 12 years plus (until 2005: 13 years plus). Data on daily reach of online newspapers in Norway is among the many results from the survey. The newspaper data are collected on behalf of the Norwegian Media Businesses' Association (MBL).
The readership figures below are given as number of readers or as share of population in per cent. Online newspapers taking part in the Consumer & Media survey are included only.
